With a career steeped in marketing excellence, Rushdhaan Ahmed's journey began in 2019 as a Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator. His rapid ascent within the company culminated in his pivotal role as Assistant Marketing & Communications Manager at THE OZEN COLLECTION in September 2022.

Throughout his tenure, Rushdhaan has exemplified creativity and strategic foresight, notably leading the launch of THE OZEN COLLECTION brand in 2020. His visionary approach shaped the brand's identity, ensuring consistency across OZEN RESERVE BOLIFUSHI and OZEN LIFE MAADHOO resorts. Spearheading captivating visual content initiatives, Rushdhaan played a crucial role in establishing the brand's luxury essence through compelling photo and video shoots.

In his new capacity, Rushdhaan Ahmed aims to further elevate THE OZEN COLLECTION's global footprint and brand narrative. His strategic focus includes enhancing brand identity, modernizing visual aesthetics, and amplifying communication efforts across key regions like the UK, Russia, GCC, DACH, and India.
