From the moment of arrival, greeted by local flower girls in traditional dress, guests are invited into a slower, simpler world. The tour meanders through sandy paths lined with vividly coloured doors, where the pace of life is calm and deeply connected to nature and tradition. Visitors witness the small moments that make up daily life—children waving, women chatting in joali chairs, and the soft sounds of cooking from nearby homes.
The journey includes visits to the local school and community spaces, a relaxing break at a family-run café for fresh coconuts or juice, and time at CR’s own family home. Each stop reflects the island’s warmth, creativity, and sense of community.
