Enver Arslan to Lead Bvlgari Ranfushi Maldives as General Manager

Tuesday 1st of July 2025

Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts has appointed veteran hotelier Enver Arslan as General Manager of Bvlgari Resort Ranfushi Maldives, scheduled to open in 2026. Arslan brings decades of international experience to the role and will oversee the launch and day-to-day operations of Bvlgari’s 13th global property.

Located in the untouched Raa Atoll, the upcoming resort is a 45-minute seaplane journey from Velana International Airport and will span 20 hectares. The exclusive hideaway will feature 54 luxurious rooms, including the Bvlgari Villa on a separate private island, offering ultimate privacy and elegance.

Designed by the esteemed ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the resort will combine Italian sophistication with Maldivian natural beauty. Guests can expect a signature Bvlgari Spa, yoga pavilion, fitness center, Bvlgari Bar, private library, boutique, and La Galleria, a concept store featuring curated pieces from international designers.

Dining will be a highlight with four world-class restaurants:

Il Ristorante – Niko Romito

Bao Li Xuan, for fine Chinese cuisine

Hōseki, offering an intimate Japanese experience

La Spiaggia, a beachfront dining destination

Arslan most recently served as Area GM for JOALI Maldives and JOALI BEING, where he played a key role in their successful launches. He helped shape JOALI as the Maldives’ first art-immersive resort, and pioneered JOALI BEING, the world’s first dedicated wellbeing island.

His career began after graduating from Erciyes University, leading him to senior roles with Four Seasons Hotels worldwide—including stints in Saudi Arabia, the U.S., and the Maldives since 2014.

Known for championing sustainability and women’s empowerment, Arslan brings a thoughtful and modern approach to luxury hospitality—one that aligns with Bvlgari’s values of design, wellbeing, and conscious travel.
