The Response from LUX* South Ari Atoll

As the worldwide outbreak keeps on escalating, it continues to take a toll on the hospitality industry. However, the travel companies are adopting all procedures and policies for protection. LUX* South Ari Atoll releases a message by the CEO on the measures being taken by the resort.

All team members have been sensitized to the precautionary measures taken, which include workplace hygiene etiquette, self-care and caring for others, and ongoing communication to ensure continuous sensing and response capabilities.

While a hand sanitization protocol has been rolled out across all properties in both guest and heart-of-the-house areas, the resort is checking the temperatures of our guests and team members daily. In fact, there are onsite doctors and/or nurses in all of the resorts to address any concerns guests may have, or if they are feeling unwell.

All guests and team members are required to declare their country of origin and latest travel history. The government has restricted travel from Spain, France, Germany, China, Italy, Iran, Bangladesh and parts of South Korea as a precautionary measure.

LUX* South Ari Atoll collaborates closely with government officials to stay up-to-date on the latest policies. The resort is making sure there are frequent disinfection and sanitization of public areas, including doorknobs, counter tops and high touch point areas.
