Sirru Fen Fushi Appoints New GM to Elevate Guest Experience

Sirru Fen Fushi, Private Lagoon Resort in Shaviyani Atoll, has appointed Gerhard Stutz as its new General Manager. With over 35 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Stutz is set to lead the resort into its next phase of growth and excellence.

Stutz’s most recent role was General Manager at Soneva Fushi, where he helped the resort achieve its highest-ever guest and employee satisfaction scores. During his time there, the property also earned a spot on The World’s 50 Best Hotels 2024 list. His global career includes 14 years in senior leadership roles with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts across Beverly Hills, Amman, New York, and Singapore, along with a strong background in food and beverage at Michelin- and Gault Millau-recognised restaurants.

Sirru Fen Fushi is known for its 360-degree barefoot luxury, spacious villas, and strong focus on wellness and sustainability. The resort’s large lagoon, bespoke dining experiences, and marine conservation efforts align well with Stutz’s values and leadership style.
