The brand’s debut property in the Maldives, The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands has announced the appointment of Mark Aldridge as their new Sales & Marketing Director. He brings over 2 decades of international hotel experience to the resort, with a track record of excellence in hospitality market-share growth. Ready to share his insightful global perspective, Mark steps into the new role effective from January 2023.
As part of an expanded position, Mark becomes the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing and will continue to supervise the sales and marketing operations at The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore. At the Maldives property, he will be tasked with the hotel’s sales & marketing strategy, ensuring growth and aligning the brand initiatives with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.
Over the last 20 years, Mark has actively operated in renowned international gateway markets including London, Beverly Hills, San Fransico, Honolulu, Sydney, Singapore and Maldives through which he built an impressive resume in the luxury hospitality scene. During his career, he has gained valuable experience and conquered all areas of sales, marketing and distribution in operations.
