Kaimoo Resorts & Hotels Offers Internship Opportunities at Embudu Village and Summer Island Maldives

Homegrown brand, Kaimoo Resorts & Hotels has opened internship opportunities for aspiring individuals to gain hands-on experience in the travel and hospitality industry of the Maldives. The internships offered will take place at two Kaimoo-branded properties: Embudu Village in South Male’ Atoll and Summer Island Maldives in North Male’ Atoll.

Under the internship, interns will have the chance to learn and contribute to resort operations while acquiring a wide range of insightful experience in various departments such as front office, F&B, housekeeping and human resources. This will enable them to get a better understanding of the intricacies of resort operations by being able to closely observe it first-hand.

Throughout the duration of the internship, each intern will also be assigned a mentor, who will ensure the intern is meeting the required learning objectives and professional development. Kaimoo is currently offering 3-month and 6-month long internships, providing interns plenty of time to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the resort industry and hone their expertise in their preferred areas of interest.

Targeted for individuals between the ages of 17 to 25 years, interested candidates can submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, relevant educational certificates and police report to jobs@kaimoo.com. Shortlisted candidates will then be invited for interviews. Current students are also welcome to apply for the internship as well, with a referral from their academic institution or if allowed to work during their holiday break. The deadline to submit applications is 18th June 2023.
