Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa Partners With French Pastry Chef Thomas Alphonsine This Easter

The idyllic Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa and its luxurious Signature Collection are gearing up to commemorate the Easter holidays in style along with the best of experiences, gastronomy, and sumptuous treats. Chocoholics and sweet tooths will be thrilled to bits this April with renowned French Pastry Chef – Thomas Alphonsine taking residency at the resort during Easter. During his time, the chocolatier will be curating a series of special activities and delicacies for guests to indulge in.
Chef Thomas Alphonsine is a famed Executive Pastry Chef mainly based between Paris, London and the Middle East. He is also a technical advisor to one of the world's leading manufacturers of high-quality chocolate and cocoa products, Barry Callebaut. His intricate pastries are prepared with taste, texture and pure ingredients in mind and are celebrated for imbuing a feeling and experience of fond and wonderful memories.
During his residency at Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa, Chef Thomas Alphonsine will be hosting a masterclass dedicated to the beloved chocolate. Moreover, he will also be taking over the kitchen at Matheefaru restaurant on Easter Sunday, serving guests a delectable Easter-themed buffet featuring his special creations. Chef Thomas Alphonsine will also be making his mark on the menu by introducing a Signature Dessert at Meeru Bar during his stay.
