Heidi Grimwood Steps Up to Lead ELE|NA’s Global Wellness Vision

Atmosphere Wellness Pvt Ltd has announced the promotion of Heidi Grimwood to Senior Vice President of ELE|NA, the company’s flagship wellness brand. Heidi has played a key role in shaping ELE|NA since joining as Assistant Vice President in 2020, transforming it into one of the Maldives’ most innovative wellness brands with growing global appeal.

With over 25 years in the wellness industry, Heidi brings a wealth of experience. Her global journey began at 19 and includes high-impact roles such as founding the first corporate gym at Virgin Atlantic Airways, managing top-tier spas at One&Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives, and working aboard the QE2 Oceanliner. She has also served as Co-Director at FG Innovation Management Ltd in Ireland.

At ELE|NA, Heidi has led the development of unique wellness programs that blend healing therapies with mindful nutrition, extending the brand’s presence across multiple resorts. Her new role will focus on expanding ELE|NA’s reach into South Asia and the Middle East, launching new wellness sanctuaries, and growing the brand’s product line and educational initiatives.

A recognized thought leader, Heidi has earned industry recognition, including Global Spa Leader of the Year in 2022 and Wellness Personality of the Year in 2024.

As Senior VP, she will also lead the ELE|NA Wellness Academy, training the next generation of wellness professionals and continuing her mission to make wellness a personal, immersive, and accessible experience.
