Dhigali Maldives Welcomes New Director of Rooms

Dhigali Maldives has announced the appointment of Sivabhaskar Reddy, known as Siva, as its new Director of Rooms. With more than ten years of experience in the hospitality industry, Siva will oversee the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services departments, ensuring service excellence and maintaining operational standards across the resort.

Prior to joining Dhigali Maldives, Siva held senior positions at several Anantara hotels and resorts in Sri Lanka, Desert Island, Oman, and Ras Al Khaimah. He developed and implemented operational strategies, improved efficiencies, and introduced standard operating procedures to strengthen performance and guest satisfaction.
