Crown & Champa Resorts to Fast-track Renovations

Crown & Champa Resorts has announced plans to fast-track planned renovations to its resorts during their temporary suspension of operations due to the coronavirus pandemic. This was disclosed in a message from the CEO on 6th April.

Martin Vossen stated that the company is assured that the decision to temporarily suspend operation in their properties is right for the safety and wellbeing of all guests, team and wider community. Their diverse collection of resorts (Hurawalhi Maldives, Kudadoo Maldives Private Island by Hurawalhi, Innahura Maldives Resort, Komandoo Maldives, Veligandu Island Resort & Spa, Kuredu Resort Maldives, Vilamendhoo Island Resort & Spa, Meeru Island Resort & Spa, and one city hotel, Champa Central Hotel) will open doors on July.

‘As the situation unfolds, our team will embrace this temporary suspension of operation, and fast track planned renovations to our Resorts and provide time off to our team who greatly deserve the rest and recuperation. Be on the lookout for exciting new additions, soft and interesting structural updates we will be sharing online through the Resort and our Crown & Champa Resorts social media channels.’

Further, for the peace of mind for our guests whose travel plans have been disrupted and for those who need to rebook for future dates, Crown and Champa has made their booking policies flexible.
