Cheval Blanc’s Royal Treat: Homemade Honey

For the first time in 2019, Cheval Blanc’s guests discovered the very first harvest of Cheval Blanc honey produced by a local beekeeper in the heart of the Jardin Alpin in Courchevel 1850.

Courchevel, nestled at one end of the world's largest lift-linked ski area the Trois Vallées, is a place where luxury really does mean luxury. Here, everything is high-end, from the perfectly groomed runs and state-of-the-art lift system to the Michelin-starred restaurants, exclusive high-end hotels and chalets, glamorous nightlife and stylish designer boutiques.

During the peak season, a swarm of bees had settled near the Maison to create an exquisite sweet nectar that will delight the taste buds of both young and old. Gracefully gathering pollen from the numerous of flowers in the valley, the residents of these hives enchant the season with delicious honey, a royal treat perfect for a gourmet breakfast, an invigorating afternoon break or to highlight the culinary creations of the restaurants Le Triptyque and Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc.

At Cheval Blanc Courchevel, festive menus from dawn to dusk arouse every palate. Since its opening in 2006 in the heart of the French Alps, the collection has expanded in the Maldives with Cheval Blanc Randheli, in the Caribbean with Cheval Blanc St-Barth Isle de France and in the south of France with Cheval Blanc St-Tropez.
