Atmosphere Kanifushi Celebrates 5 Years of Just Veg Festival

In October of this year, Atmosphere Kanifushi is going to mark the 5 th anniversary of its Just Veg Festival, which will once again show that vegan dishes can be both exciting and memorable. The festival, running on 3 rd to 9 th October 2025, is a unique trip through which a fine dining, creativity, and the beauty of the Maldives converge.

The central figure of this year is celebrity Italian chef Fabrizio Marino who has re-defined vegetarian and vegan cuisines. His specially prepared Just Veg Festive menu turns fruits, vegetables and herbs into elegant yet adventurous dishes and provides the guests with an experience of remarkable cuisine. Every course will be accompanied by wines of five unique partners making the experience more in-depth.

One of the new gems of the 2025 is the award winning lifestyle winery of Italy, Bottega SpA, with its renowned vintages and handcrafted Grappas. Partners returning to include Champagne Guy Charbaut, Bodegas Viñatigo, Glenelly Estate, and Marti Codax -united in a salutation of craftsmanship and taste.

Just Veg Festival has since its debut expanded its interest into an international festival bringing food enthusiasts to the festival. Having world-class hospitality, a following of fans and the impressive view around the Atmosphere Kanifushi, the festival demonstrates that the Maldives can be as much about bold tastes as it is about an impressive scenery.
