A Week of Music and Island Bliss: Missy Higgins Set for Kandooma Comeback

Holiday Inn Resort Kandooma Maldives in collaboration with Music in Paradise has ensured the Australian singer-songwriter, Missy Higgins, returns to the resort to perform a special week on the private Island of the resort between 13 and 20 June 2026. It is announced after a successful Maldives debut in 2025 and she was greatly appreciated by audiences and media. Following those performances, Higgins herself admitted that she had some unfinished business in the Maldives as she could have done more time performing, surfing, diving, and relaxing in the tropics.
The 2026 program is a mix of the inspirational scenery of the island, and three personalized sunset concerts which are on islands beaches and palm-lined gardens of Kandooma. Besides beachfront and rooftop shows, guests will have an opportunity to meet the artist in special meet-and-greet events. After being nominated in 26 ARIA Awards and five number one singles, Higgins will be coming back with a comeback that will become one of the most anticipated music events of the year, with only 200 guests allowed in the venue.
General Manager Mark Eletr has described the experience as a combination of great live music and a beach, and thus he has termed it as the perfect vacation to bring family and friends. He emphasized the very charm of spending the day in the water and finishing it by the performance only a few metres by the shoreline.
The Gold Experience Package will be offered at A$4,490 per person on a twin share basis and will cover three evening events, all concerts, meet and greet, professional photo, exclusive merchandise, seven nights in a Beach View Villa, daily breakfast, transfers, and water activities, among other inclusions. VIP and Platinum packages are provided by Music in Paradise.
